Terms of Service

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or if a price or description was clearly incorrect.

Discount and creator codes are single-use per order unless stated otherwise, can't be combined, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Orders ship from the United States, typically within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; if a package arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.

If the ONE isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full purchase price, used kits included. Refunds go back to the original payment method. The guarantee covers ordinary practice use, not damage from misuse or resale.

Every ONE kit includes lifetime access to our video library for personal, non-commercial use. Access is granted to you and may not be shared, resold, downloaded for redistribution, or shown publicly. Titles in the library may change over time.

Yoga carries physical risk. Practice within your ability and consult a physician before beginning if you have any medical concern. Follow the guidance on our Before You Practice page, in particular, never load the face of a block that carries the securing snap flap. We aren't liable for injury resulting from use that departs from that guidance.

The site, its content, the Bento Yoga name and logo, and the product design, protected by US Patent 11,986,716-B2, belong to Bentoyoga LLC. You may not copy or reproduce them without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
