This policy explains what Bentoyoga LLC ("we", "us") collects when you visit Bento Yoga, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Questions are welcome at support@bentoyoga.com.
What we collect
Order information. Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, the items you bought, and any discount code you used. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and never reach our servers, we only receive a confirmation and the last four digits.
Email signups. If you join our list, we store your email address and the page you signed up from.
Usage information. Pages visited, referring links and campaign (UTM) parameters, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order confirmations and shipping updates, provide access to the included video library, answer support requests, handle returns under our guarantee, and, if you opted in, send occasional email about the product.
We also use aggregate usage data to understand which content brings people to the site and to credit the creators who referred them.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies and local storage keep your cart and checkout working; they cannot be turned off without breaking the store. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) only load after you accept them in our cookie banner. Decline and we won't load them.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring the banner back.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments and tax), our email provider (order and marketing email), our hosting and database provider, our shipping carriers, and the analytics providers listed above when you've consented. We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Email subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we're legally required to keep. Email support@bentoyoga.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
The store isn't directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell subscribers by email.
