Question 1

I already have a mat and blocks. Why would I buy this?

Accepted Answer

Because your props probably work fine. That isn't the problem. The problem is that they don't travel together, don't store together, and don't match. Bento Yoga ONE is one complete kit: the mat folds inside the blocks, the strap seals and carries it, and the whole thing lives on a shelf instead of in a corner. You're not replacing performance. You're replacing four things that never became one.

Question 2

Will it fit in a carry-on?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Closed, the kit is 13" × 4⅞" and weighs 7 lb 12 oz. It lies flat in a carry-on or stands upright in a weekender, with no mat strapped to the outside of your bag.

Question 3

Do the blocks hold like real blocks?

Accepted Answer

They're studio-standard 4" × 6" × 9" in high-density foam and take full body weight through their load-bearing faces, exactly like a solid block. The one face to avoid loading is the snap flap side that closes the kit.

Question 4

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

A 30-day money-back guarantee. Practice on it. If it isn't right, return it for a full refund.

Question 5

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is free within the continental US. Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive in 3 to 5.

Question 6

How do I access the video content?

Accepted Answer

Create an account after your order and the library from Rodney and Colleen Yee is available immediately, for as long as you own the ONE.

Question 7

What is it made from?

Accepted Answer

A 4.11mm non-slip mat, two hollow high-density foam blocks with a snap closure, and a woven cotton strap with a metal cinch buckle.

Question 8

How do I care for it?

Accepted Answer

Wipe the mat down after use with a damp cloth and mild soap, and let it dry fully before folding it back into the blocks. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight.

Question 9

Can I buy the pieces separately?

Accepted Answer

No. The mat is dimensioned to fold inside the blocks and the strap is sized to seal them. The pieces only make sense as one object.

Question 10

Is it suitable for someone newer to practice?

Accepted Answer

It works at any level, and the included library is sequenced from a first practice through advanced work. But it's built for someone who already practices and is tired of moving or storing loose props.

Question 11

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. We currently ship within the continental US. Join the list and we'll tell you when that changes.
