Component by component
The mat
A 4.11mm non-slip mat with enough cushion for knees and wrists. It accordion-folds flat and slides inside the blocks, so it never needs a separate bag or a strap over your shoulder.
The blocks
Studio-standard dimensions in high-density foam, hollowed to hold the mat and closed with a secure snap. They hold your full body weight, exactly like a solid block.
The strap
A cotton strap with an adjustable buckle tightens around both blocks when traveling, or becomes a yoga strap when you're ready to practice.
The video library
Instruction from world-famous master yogis Rodney and Colleen Yee, sequenced from your first practice through advanced work. Included with every ONE kit, for as long as you own it.
Carry
As small as an in-flight personal item, Bento Yoga ONE travels easy. Packed weight is 7 lb 12 oz, the mat, both blocks and the strap fit perfectly together.
